PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
Please review the product description, available sizes, quantity, price and delivery details before ordering.
Images are intended to represent the product accurately; screen settings may affect how colours appear. This does not limit your rights if a product differs from its description.
Provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can process your order.
If a product is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you. Any payment already received for an unfulfilled order will be refunded.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The amount payable is displayed at checkout. Shipping is free.
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders as shown at checkout. Pay the amount displayed for your order when it is delivered.
Any other payment methods, taxes or charges must be clearly shown before you confirm your purchase.
DELIVERY AND AFTER SALES SUPPORT
Our delivery timeframe is 5 working days.
Customers may request a replacement within 10 days of delivery under our all-conditions replacement policy.
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
Approved refunds are credited by bank transfer within 7 working days after approval and receipt of correct bank details.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. See the individual policies for the request process.
