CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.

Contact help.aebrix@gmail.com or call 0261 6792305 / 0261 6792306 as soon as possible and provide your order number and registered contact details.

We will check the dispatch status and confirm whether cancellation was completed.

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer available under this store policy.

You may use our replacement or refund process after delivery where applicable. This restriction does not limit statutory remedies for non-delivery or other legally valid claims.

For a cancelled Cash on Delivery order where no payment has been collected, no refund is needed.

If a payment has already been collected and a refund is approved, it will be credited by bank transfer within 7 working days after approval and receipt of correct bank details.
